Pre-Session FAQs

What types of photography do you specialize in?

  • Newborn, Studio, family portraits, events, and weddings.
  • L&B Photography is always looking to expand, reach out for any unique ideas.

How do I book a session with you?

  • Bookings can be made several ways. Through our online website portal or messaging us directly via text or Facebook direct message on our page.
  • Sessions are not officially booked until contract is signed and deposits are submitted.

Do you require a deposit?

  • Yes, we require a deposit prior to confirming a session. Most deposits are $25, wedding’s and special events are disclosed during consultation.

Do you travel for photoshoots?

  • Yes, We are willing to travel wherever in order to satisfy our clients. Please note that travel over 1-hr will incur an additional fee to cover travel expense
  • We do offer destination wedding/event services.

Do you offer gift certificates?

  • Gift Certificates are available upon request. They can be used for products or services.

Session FAQs

What should I wear to the photoshoot?

  • Offer general wardrobe advice, including color schemes, outfit coordination, and what works best for different types of shoots (e.g., family, corporate, etc.).

Can I bring props or pets to the photoshoot?

  • Props and pets are always excellent additions to any photoshoot and help create beautiful images unique to you.
  • Only request is to be informed prior to our session so we may be properly prepared.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather for an outdoor shoot?

  • Mother Nature sometimes does not cooperate, if the weather prevents the start of our session we will reschedule for the next available time. If our session is interrupted mid session a decision will be made at time of service to reschedule the remainder or call the session complete.
  • L&B Photography will not offer refunds for conditions outside our control.

Post-Session FAQs

How long after the session will I receive my photos?

  • For most sessions photos can be expected within 2 weeks.
  • For Weddings and large events, previews can be expected within 1 week. Full galleries may be available up to 1 month after session, dependent on event size.
  • L&B Photography is committed to providing our clients with a quick lead time but will not sacrifice quality of our product.

How will I receive my photos?

  • All sessions will have a digital library link delivered via email
  • Wedding packages will include a physical USB flash drive delivered to predetermined address.
  • Physical prints, print books, and other merchandise can be purchased through L&B Photography per request.

Can I see the unedited/raw images?

  • L&B Photography will never share Raw files with our clients. We reserve all rights for artistic control over the images.
  • We will always listen to our customers and will make corrections, within reason, as requested.
